Daisy Jones & The Six Advanced Screening & Conversation with Cast/Creators @ 92Y NYC: (2/27/23)

Daisy Jones & the Six became my entire brand when I read the novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and I’m about to make it my entire brand once again with the Amazon Prime show coming out on March 3rd – I was able to attend an early screening of the first two episodes and talk with the cast and creators of the show.

Life Update: December 14, 2022

-blows dust off webpage- Hi friends, I’m still alive!

I know it’s been a month since I last posted, but that’s because I was traveling the U.K. from November 20 – December 4, 2022! I had an incredible time. I spent most of my time in London, but also spent 4 days in Edinburgh, Scotland, and 24 hours in the city of Brighton! I went on this trip solo and I personally love traveling solo – I can do what I want, when I want, without any restrictions but myself.

I ended up seeing 8 shows on the West End while in London and have reviews ready to go for all of them – I’ll slowly be back dating and posting entries.

Life somehow has a way of getting away from you and that’s happened to me this past week and a half.

Real life catch up, day job catch up, going to more Broadway shows and concerts since I’ve been home, and even an author event on December 8th here in NYC! So needless to say, I have more content then I have hours in the day LOL but I hope to share it all soon, so stay tuned!

Con Report: New York Comic Con 2021

It’s been about 2 weeks since New York Comic Con took place in New York City and I wanted to do a little write up about my thoughts about the con.

I’m really happy that New York Comic Con (NYCC) was able to take place in 2021. After nothing happening in 2020, I truly missed the con scene. I’ve been attending anime and comic cons annually since 2007. My first NYCC was in 2008 and while I haven’t gone EVERY year since then, I’ve gone more often than not. In the past few years I got more into cosplaying and I’ve been cosplaying Harley Quinn from the movies – I was sad not to be able to debut a new look in 2020 but alas, nothing we can do about a pandemic.

Bookcon 2019 Recap

Hey everyone!

We can’t believe it’s been a week since Bookcon already. We look forward to this event every year; to meet new people, check out more books and hopefully grab some ARCs along the way to feature on this blog!

We made a very lengthy schedule that we tried to stick to as much as possible and it worked out pretty successfully! We like to plan as much as we can but accept you won’t be able to do everything.
