Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This weeks theme is: Books From My Past Seasonal TBR Posts I STILL Haven’t Read

(more…)And somehow, we’re suddenly in May! I don’t know about anyone else but this post-pandemic thing (are we even post-pandemic? IDK) is weird. Events are happening again. I’m keeping myself busy with going to theatre performances and concerts. And I’m barely sleeping. Ah, nature is healing.
I’m keeping my TBR small-ish this month with 7 books. I always try and switch genres between reads which is why I have a lot of contemporaries to go with the fantasies I plan to read. I tend to read contemporaries quickly so I’m hoping I can get through all these this month.
(more…)I was debating if I even wanted to write up an April TBR post, since I’m a mood reader and deviate from my “TBR” anyway. But I keep a google docs running of books I want to read and in what order I’ll try to read them, based on library holds and genres, so I figure I might as well share here too.
My TBR is ambitious this month with 8 new books (and a few carry overs…) and since there are so many good releases coming out in April (as there is every month, lets be real…) who knows what will tickle my fancy! I’m also going to attempt to read a handful of ARCs I have that are releasing in May. Wish me luck!
(more…)How are we already in March? This is crazy to me, time just moves so quickly these days and I don’t know where it goes! I’m keeping my TBR small this month, only 7 books, because I know with all the good March releases I’m going to deviate from this when I see something available at my library!
And. March is my birthday month. So. I can do what I want LOL, thats how it works, right? 🙂
(more…)I kept my January TBR fairly small and it worked out that I read almost all of it, and then some! I know February is a much shorter month, so I’m keeping my TBR small again and hoping I can read all 9 books on my list. But I am a mood reader so if something new and shiny comes in at my library, its hard to know if I’ll be able to resist it lol.
(more…)New year, same TBR lol. I’m carrying over some reads I didn’t quite get to in December into January, a handful of graphic novels (most of which I won’t be listing here), and an arc I really want to read before it releases! This is more for me to look back on than anything else and it makes me happy so I’m going to keep sharing my TBR.
(more…)I’ve seen a couple of posts with other bloggers looking back at 2021 goals and writing some for 2022. I didn’t write a 2021 goals post, but I am going to start with one for 2022 and hope this guides me in the new year to come!
(more…)Somehow we’re at the last month of 2021 – I really don’t know where this year went! Between the holidays and things opening up again, my November was pretty packed. I think December will be pretty busy for me too so I’m keeping my TBR small and a few books I want to read before the year ends. I’m not holding myself to this list though and if I don’t finish them, it’s ok – 2022 is just a few weeks away. These books will still be on my shelf to read.
