WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words! All you have to do is answers the following three questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading

I was approved for an audio arc of Self-Made Boys: A Great Gatsby Remix thanks to Netgalley and I’m about 40% though this one so far. Both Nicolás “Nick” Caraveo and Jay Gatsby are transgender which already adds an interesting layer to this story we think we know. Nick is also of Latino decent, from Wisconsin and moves to “West Egg” with the help of his now white passing cousin Daisy. I can’t wait to see where it goes and how it ends up! (I’ve heard it does have a happy ending, since the original Great Gatsby does not…)
Recently Finished

I finished Harley Quinn: Reckoning over the weekend – anyone who knows me knows I absolutely love Harley Quinn and I’m eager to devour anything I can find about her. While I enjoyed this story, I also felt like it was a lot longer than it needed to be. The middle parts felt incredibly repetitive and like the plot wasn’t moving forward for a long time. I almost gave up on this more than once – I’m glad I struck with it, but the story didn’t make it easy. This is a prequel of a young Harleen, but felt like it was trying to be more than that.
You can read my full review of Harley Quinn: Reckoning here.
Reading Next

I re-read These Hollow Vows at the end of July to prepare myself for These Twisted Bonds, I wasn’t able to dive right into this one as I had hoped (I miscalculated how quickly I would reread These Hollow Vows!) but I’m also ready to jump back into this world next and see how the story ends.
What are you currently reading, or plan to read next?
Link your post below and I’ll check it out!

The cover for Self-made Boys is STUNNING. I hope the rest of it is enjoyable too! I saw that Harley book but wasn’t sure about it. I love her too! I hope you have a great week!!

Isn’t it though!? And I love being able to actually see what the characters look like rather than just imagining it!
The Harley book was ok but not a must read – but still cute!
Thanks, hope you have a great week as well ^_^

Yes, I love that aspect too. It makes the reading experience much better. Haha, that’s the kind of things I was seeing about the Harley book. Thank you!!
