Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This weeks theme is: Books on my Summer 2022 TBR
Okay, so this was last week’s theme but Season TBR’s seem to be the only Top Ten Tuesdays I do regularly now so I wanted to do this post anyway!
Books on my Summer 2022 TBR:

The Dead Romantics – I’m so excited to read Ashley Poston’s adult debut novel! A writer falling in love with a ghost? I’m so intrigued by this plot, and I adore Ashley’s writing so I can’t wait to start this ASAP.
These Twisted Bonds – This is the sequel to These Hollow Vows and its not often these days I’m so eagerly awaiting a sequel – but I’ve been dying for this one since I finished book 1 – I actually plan to reread These Hollow Vows beforehand – thats how much I enjoyed it!
Long Story Short – This sounds so fun, set at a theatre summer camp, this is right up my alley and I love a good romance read in the summer time.
Violet Made of Thorns – I love morally gray characters and royalty, and this novel promises me that!
Lightlark – This is one I honestly don’t know much about but it sounds like an epic high fantasy and Hunger Games-esque.

Carrie Soto is Back – You had me at Taylor Jenkins Reid. I will literally read anything she writes! Carrie Soto is a tennis player mentioned in Malibu Rising, so I’m really curious about this story! I have an arc I received at ALA, very excited about that!
Belladonna – I’ve never read anything by Adalyn Grace before but I hear good things. This gothic romantic mystery novel sounds like it will be a fun ride.
The Sunbearer Trials – You had me at new Aiden Thomas which is Percy Jackson meets Mexican-inspired fantasy. I loved Cemetery Boys so I cannot wait to read this one.
The Weight of Blood – It’s Tiffany D. Jackson. Say less. I will read anything and everything this woman writes, I love her books and the inevitable plot twists she throws at us!
Monsters Born and Made – Novels set at sea are either hit or miss for me, and I’m hoping this one is a hit! Its a South Asian inspired fantasy – as you can tell, I’m looking forward to a lot of fantasy this summer!
What are some books you’re looking forward to reading this summer?
Link your post below and I’ll check it out!

Fab books on here, enjoy! I’ve read Belladonna and loved it!
